Overview

This website is operated by CheckOutSam LTD, trading as SamSationalPrints ("we", "us"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Products

All prints are original SamSationalPrints designs, created by blending original artwork, illustration, photo editing and digital tools, including AI-assisted techniques, and are printed to order by our production partners. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and lighting. Frames are not included unless you choose a framed option.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include any taxes required at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

All designs, images and texts on this website are the property of SamSationalPrints and protected by copyright. Prints are sold for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute our designs or images without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
